For sale here is a very scarce hollow-built rectangular quadrate rod made by Mike Montagne. 8’7″ with two sections and two tips. Made for a 7 or 8 weight line. Brilliantly executed by this bamboo rod maker who enjoys quite the cult following owing to his unique and highly engineered rod designs. All sections are full length and straight. The rod weighs 6 oz. Unlike most of Montagne’s rods, this one exhibits medium fast action rather than extremely fast action. The rod is in like new condition. Comes with original bag and tube as was delivered with the rod.
